Family of William Wardill and Mary Taylor (nee Hawkes)
William (1817 - Abt 1887), seventh son of John Wardill (1773 - 1833) and Elizabeth Dowsland, Married Mary Taylor Hawkes on 18 August 1849 at St. Dunstans Stephney. We know of three children as detailed below. Mary died about 1860 in Luton. William married a second time to Ellen Attwood on October 20 1864 at St. Mary Luton. The 1881 Census gives them living at 25 Park Square West, Luton.
